[台南老房子] 銅錢草tea house

訂房前需知: You have to know:

1.入房時間(Check In)： 下午15：00~18:00，
   如不能在此時間左右入宿者，請事先來電告知。
   [希望給您最完善的招待，所以請您務必配合我們15:00後入宿]

   Check In time:  15:00~18:00

  Over this time,please let us know your arrival time.

2.退房時間(Check Out)：中午11：00以前。

  Check Out time: Before 11:00~ 

3.口頭訂房後，請於三天內轉房價的一半當訂金(想要匯全額也是OK的喔!)

  Please pay the deposits(1/2 room rate) in 3 days when book a room.

超過匯款時間則會自動取消訂房，不再另行通知喔 。

4. 住房餘款及所有消費皆以現金結帳，
    尾款請於入房交付鑰匙時結清，不便之處敬請見諒 !

The rest costs and other charges are paid by cash.

5. 這裡雖然是市區,但"粉安靜",所以晚上9:30過後,
     朋友們的音量要小一點喔!
    (想要享受慢步調與寧靜嗎?所以要尊重自己,也尊重他人喔!)

 Please keep quite after 21:30~

6. 凡是住宿的朋友,都有提供早餐~

The room fee is including breakfast.

7. 盥洗用具不提供拋棄式用品,請自備喔~要記得帶牙刷.牙膏.洗面乳

Bring your own toothbrush,toothpaste and cleanser.

We only offers shampoo, shower gel, bath towels, hair dryer.

8. 為了住宿品質 ，請依訂房約定人數前來，
    如果超過人數且未於當日通知者，
    本民宿有權立即拒絕入住且不退訂金喔。
    偷渡住宿未告知者經發現每人將收取1000元住宿費用，請務必自重喔！

Please according to the number of Reservation agreed to come.

If more than the number,please notice us to check it possible or not.

9. 飲食請至起居室或一F,室內皆不能吸菸。

No smoking in the house.

10. 若有訪客,只能待到晚上11:00喔~

Visitors only stay until 23:00.

11.住宿期間,不提供房內清潔以及更換床單服務喔。

We don't provide room cleaning service during staying.

12. 取消訂房: 
       入住當天發布陸上颱風警報（陸上警戒區需包含台南市）
       或台南市宣布停止上班上課時，可全額退回或延期
       （以中央氣象局頒布狀況為準則）, [延期以半年為限]。

Cancellation:

The day of arrival on land typhoon warning (warning land area contains Tainan City)
Or Tainan City announced the end of school and work,

(Status as the guidelines issued to the Central Weather Bureau),

we give full refund or extension,the extension of six months.

13. 而若有民宿用品被惡意損壞，會請您照價賠償的喔!!
(我相信人性是善良的......請您不要當那位惡人,好嗎?)

If B&B supplies are malicious damage,

you will be asked to compensation according to price.

14.我們愛狗,小女犬名叫,美麗! 怕狗的人士,請考慮喔~

We have a dog,her name is Beauty.You must consider it if you don't like the dog.

15.由於是老屋,用的是抽水馬達,會有聲響產生,怕吵的朋友,請考慮喔~

Because it is the old house, pumping motor, there will be sound loud.

16.府城中西區,每天都會有軍方飛機通過,怕吵的朋友,請考慮喔~

Every day by military aircraft through,will hear a loud noise.
